Then owner, J & R Associates leases the property to the adult entertainment lounge, The Satin Doll, who operate out of the building through 2014

AS220, downtown Providence’s leading cultural non-profit organization, purchased the property with plans to renovate for future performance space, but those plans were never actualized.

Cornish Associates purchases the property from AS220 with plans to redevelop for retail/restaurant use.
